For information during odours and other air events in the Wood Buffalo Region, contact the Wood Buffalo Air Information Line (toll-free) at 1-866-685-3699.
The Wood Buffalo Air Information Line is a partnership between our members, including industry organizations, government, First Nations and the local health authority. The line is updated by our industry partners and, in some cases, WBEA staff, in order to provide Wood Buffalo residents with information during local air quality events.
The information line can provide updates on industry facility status, scheduled industry maintenance that may cause odours, forest fires, and other events that may cause air quality concerns.
